Want to re-introduce myself

Hi Ladies!  It's been a long time since I was active on this board.  I took a break from the board since I knew we weren't able to move forward with IVF at that time.

A little history:  we've been trying since Dec. 2008 & we're diagnosed with obstructive azoospermia. DH had two testicular biopsies & we have 4 vials of sperm. 

I met with a new RE this week & loved him!  We've decided that we are finally going to try IVF and I am very excited to start this journey!  I am having troubles decided when to start IVF since we already have two vacations planned...one in July and one in September :(   I really don't want to wait any longer, but don't know if it would be best to wait till after the Sept. vacation. 

I am excited to rejoin with you ladies!  And I hope I don't annoy you with all my questions :) 

TTC #1 since Dec. 2008 01/10 - DH diagnosed with Azoospermia 05/10 - First Biopsy - producing sperm :) 08/11 - Second Biopsy..4 vials frozen 08/12 - First IVF BFN & no more vials :( Don't know our next plan...

    IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
    BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
    FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
    FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013     ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
    Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt)     Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)
    Twins with an EDD of 8/15/14! Team Purple
    G&B born 6/30/14 at 33w3d via emergency c/s.

    Yay!  So glad you are moving forward!  I'm cycling in late July!  If you don't want to wait, then don't.  You have put it on hold for so long now, why wait any longer!

       I have been waiting so long & definitely don't want to wait any longer. I was planning on starting late July too, but I didn't know if it would work with the scheduled Sept. trip.  I have pretty regular cycles & should be getting AF around July 28, so I would like to start birth control pills then....but, our trip is Labor Day weekend and it's for a wedding out of state.  Would I need to be home during that time?  I wasn't able to speak with the IVF corrdinator this week cause she was on vacation.  I plan on talking with her Monday to get more info.

    ttc since 10-09 first visit with RE 09-10 ME-everything ok DH- AZOOSPERMIA...biopsy confirmed Sertoli Only Cell syndrome Donor IUI#4 was the charm (8-27-11) with 125iuFollistim/Ovidrel/Endometrin/PIO/vit D beta #1 9/8/11....BFP!!! : ) @ 47.7 beta...#2 9/15/11... 1,998 beta#3 9/22/2011- 27,900 Baby's hb seen @6w2d ! 1-3-2012 20 wk u/s everything lookin' good!     PAIFW/SAIFW

    DS1 born July 2002 (previous marriage).

    TTC since Oct 08. DH Dx w/testicular cancer March 09.
    MFI due to retrograde ejaculation/azoospermia.
    5/2 IVF #1 cancelled due to large follie.
    6/14 start Lupron for IVF #1.2. 6/22 start stims.
    7/4 ER and Biopsy.
    7/9 Transferred 2 (1-4BB and 1-3BB) embryos.  4 frosties.
    7/15 +HPT 6dp5dt. 7/18 Beta #1: 193. 7/20 Beta #2: 415.
    8/10 1st u/s - It's triplets!
