I know it's early, but DH and I want to prepare for a pain-med free birth, and this seems like a great place to gather info and get support!
I'm a FTM, due in December, and we're using a midwife practice that delivers in a hospital. We've already been told to take the hospital tour, but to know that most of the info shared there (e.g. no eating/drinking during labor) will not apply to us.
