Today, I realized that I cannot stand people who don't put on their turn signals until they are in the turn lane. You are in the dedicated left-hand turn lane. I know you are going to turn left. You should have put your signal on before you got into the lane because, at that point, I didn't know you were going to go straight or change lanes.
Also, along that same line, I can't stand when people use their breaks before their turn signal.
Use your turn signals because it acts as a warning. Not using your signals until you are performing the action defeats the purpose.
What are your pet peeves when it comes to other drivers?

Where to begin...
I hate those who go the speed limit in the fast lane.
When people pull out in front of you when there is nobody behind you.
When people are on a main busy road and brake before their turn lane (like you said) or turn from the road itself.
And this is completely irrational, but, people with clear plate covers over their license plates. It is illegal in MD and it bothers the sh!t out of me for some crazy reason.
Driving slowly in the left lane with no intentions to pass anyone ... Or drivIng in the left lane holding up traffic when there's clearly room to get over to the right.
People pulling out in front of you and then slowing down ... Especially if they pulled out in a rush, causing me to slam on my brakes and there's no one behind me.
People who throw their cigarettes out the window ... If you have no probl putting that crap in your body, keep it in your car until you have a garbage.
LMAO!!!! All of these...May I add people who pull out in front of you quicly and then drive slow!! Ughhh

It bugs the crap out of me when people don't know their turn signal is on while they're driving down the road. I hate looking at that blinking light!!
I also hate when people coming down an on ramp don't do so cautiously or look to see if traffic is in their way and just barrel onto the highway as if you are supposed to move for them. I've almost gotten side-swiped a few times by such carelessness.
It really peeves me for some reason when people who are in the right turn lane go straight instead of turning, especially if I'm behind them and want to turn right.
And finally...people who can't maintain a consistent speed on the road. They speed up, then slow down, speed up, slow down....

Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
DH: perfect
1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!
1 FET in Aug 2013 = BFP!
One more: just because you have your signal on, doesn't mean I have to let you in front of me. You still have to wait for a space to change lanes.
Tailgaters! Back off people!
I also hate when a ton of people u-turn and it makes me miss the green arrow. (this is annoying, but not really their fault)
Oh man, this list could go on.
People not moving out of the left lane when they're not passing (or if someone is behind you and wanting to go faster).
People that don't use blinkers- when it's changing lanes, turning, anything
People that get in front of you (turning, changing lanes, etc) when no one is behind you
So many more...
You really are a DC/MD/VA driver. I feel the EXACT same way
People who text and drive annoys the crap out of me. Really? Is that text message so important that you are willing to risk your life and the lives of other drivers out there? If it's that important, then pull over!! I don't know how many times I've almost been hit by someone not paying attention to the road because they are reading texts.
Also, I hate it when people don't know how to properly use a 4 way stop! This bugs the crap out of me too.

ALL OF THE ABOVE AND SOOOO MUCH MORE!!!! I have some road-rage issues, I blame my mother.
In L.A. traffic, people who don't wait their turn. When traffic on the freeway is really slow or stopped, they use the right shoulder to get up as far as they can on an onramp then cut people off. Wait your mother effing turn, dangit! Your time is definitely NOT more important than my time! I always move my car over to the right so they can't get by me. Muah ha ha ha!

Why am I not surprised? Oh yeah! Because people suck at driving here. I know a lot of it is cramped roads with tons of cars, but people just seem to completely ignore the rules of the road.
They do that here in Little Rock, too and it makes me so mad! I also sometimes move my car over so they can't pass. Hee hee.
O...I forgot some of those. Definitely the one going straight when I want to turn right. I intentionally make it a habit to not be in the right lane if I'm going to go straight.
My mother said the reason people speed up and slow down is because they are on the phone. I find it hard to believe. Often times, they slow down before I pass them and, as I'm passing them, they speed up. Frustrating.
I also cannot stand when people don't hit the speed limit when trying to merge onto the highway. I understand if traffic is going 45mph, then merge going around 45mph. But if traffic is going 65mph, please use the ramp to get up to speed. It is really scary trying to merge onto the highway when everyone is going 75mph and we are merging at 45mph.
Or when people pass on the right. Really? Passing on the right?
Or wait until the last second to merge when their lane is going to end.
Ditto the turn signals. I started to pass some guy the other day, and he starts speeding up until he matched my speed, then cut me off because apparently he wanted in my lane and I was supposed to know that with my telepathic abilities. If he had just put the turn signal on, I probably would have let him in. I'm a nice person. Really. (Totally not putting you other drivers down. Where I live you don't have to drive aggressively, but I know in other areas you do. That's life.)
Also hate people riding your tail, especially when you're already going an acceptable amount over the speed limit (or more). Despite what they think, riding my tail is NOT going to make me speed up. In fact I might just slow down out of spite.
Even more annoying is the drivers who ride up to your tail on the interstate and then abruptly cut to the left and pass you. Was that really necessary when there is only one other car in view and he's not even in your way?
Not really a pet peeve, but I HATE tractor trailers. Just putting that out there.
Fast drivers. DH and I are '5 over the speed limit' people. DH gets so upset when people flash their lights at him that he brakes momentarily (not enough to slow down much, just enough to convey the message that he isn't changing lanes). One time, someone got so pissed off at him for it that they went in front of him and slammed on their brakes. We had the baby in the car for goodness sakes! Fast drivers are so unsafe, moreso than those who go 5+ under.
I also hate semi trucks who can't stay in their lanes. I've been in a car wreck, so I'm a little gunshy about cars/trucks getting too close to me. I've hit the brakes before driving by a truck because they got too close.
