  I made these tonight super easy and delish!

  Asian Chicken Wings

   3-6 lb chicken drumlets & winglets

  ? cup soy sauce

  ? cup brown sugar

  ? vinegar

  1 tsp. ground ginger

  1 cup chicken broth

   

  Mix ingredients together to make marinade. Layer chicken in pan. Cover with marinade. Turn occasionally. It should marinate at least an hour. Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered.

  Creamy bacon carbonara - Pretty easy to make and tastes like pasta from a restaurant!  Lots of other good recipes on this site too.

  Shredded Chicken Tacos - boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 jar salsa, 1 packet of taco seasoning. Throw together in a crockpot on high for 4 hrs. The chicken just falls apart. Shred it and serve with all the taco goodies!
