I like fruit and granola yogurt, sugar free pudding, 100 calorie packs of chex mix or cookies. All of those are between 15 and 25 carbs. I also like apples dipped in peanut butter. There are some granola bars out there that are only 15-20 carbs.

I'm on 30g snacks and have been doing Nutrigrain bars, sliced apples and peanut butter, crackers and PB or cheese, 4-6oz milk with a little chocolate syrup mixed in, a scoop of vanilla ice cream (an evening snack like dessert almost), chobani yogurt

I'm allowed 30 carbs for a snack...
I do
-greek yogurt (chobani has a kids line that I love with flavors like vanilla chocolate chunk) and bare naked peak protein granola
-a small granny smith apple with peanut butter
-cheese and club crackers
-when I'm not feeling all that hungry I have a no added sugar carnation instant breakfast in the chocolate flavor
- a piece of string cheese and a small banana
-3 or 4 chips ahoy cookies and a glass of milk
-graham crackers and peanut butter
-planter's nutrition bars
-a hard boiled egg sliced on a piece of bread with a little mayo and pepper.
-dryers slow churned ice cream and a spoon full of peanut butter
lightly salted almonds
celery and peanut butter
celery and roasted garlic humus
carrots and veggie dip
string cheese
hard boiled eggs with salt
I'm also 15 carbs a snack...I do:
- 27 cheese its
yum!
- greek yogurt
- nature valley protein granola bars
- apple or banana w/ peanut butter

Kind bars
Rice cakes and peanut butter
Grapes and cheese
