  • My favorite (and snack 90% of the time) is graham crackers with peanut butter. I also have very few ideas, so I will be watching this post!
    DX PCOS 2006 - Off BCPs since 1/09 - TTC #1 4 cycles clomid (50, 100, 150, 200) - FAIL, no O Multiple cycles clomid + femara - FAIL, no O 3 injectable cycles - FAIL Ovarian Drilling 6/2010. Several failed cycles follow. 11/2010 - "Hold" on IF treatment.
    10/24/2011 - Surprise BFP; EDD 6/21/12! BOY!

  • I like fruit and granola yogurt, sugar free pudding, 100 calorie packs of chex mix or cookies. All of those are between 15 and 25 carbs. I also like apples dipped in peanut butter. There are some granola bars out there that are only 15-20 carbs.

    i also do a half a banana with pb

    a small apple

    cheese & crackers

    milk & a sugar free jello pudding cup

    half a pb&j sandwich

  • I'm allowed 30 carbs for a snack... 

    I do

    -greek yogurt (chobani has a kids line that I love with flavors like vanilla chocolate chunk) and bare naked peak protein granola

    -a small granny smith apple with peanut butter

    -cheese and club crackers

    -when I'm not feeling all that hungry I have a no added sugar carnation instant breakfast in the chocolate flavor

    - a piece of string cheese and a small banana

    -3 or 4 chips ahoy cookies and a glass of milk

    -graham crackers and peanut butter

    -planter's nutrition bars

    -a hard boiled egg sliced on a piece of bread with a little mayo and pepper.

    -dryers slow churned ice cream and a spoon full of peanut butter

  • Mini cheese wheels or string cheese. Also, a handful of almonds, which also has high omega 3s.

  • I'm on 30g snacks and have been doing Nutrigrain bars, sliced apples and peanut butter, crackers and PB or cheese, 4-6oz milk with a little chocolate syrup mixed in, a scoop of vanilla ice cream (an evening snack like dessert almost), chobani yogurt
