A little worried seeking advice

My son is two years old and is always running a temperature it seems like of about 99 he has a temp tonight again but I have an appointment tomorrow with the doctor. Has anyone had this problem before?

98.6 is just an average. I don't think it's considered a fever unless the temperature is over 100. Is he acting sick?

He's fussy and sometimes it goes as high as 101

99 is normal. Anything over 100.4 is a fever. Have you brought it up to his pedi?

This. I would maybe keep a log to track it.

I would call the pedi if it is over 100.4, especially if he isn't acting normal. Use your "gut" feeling.

Until they get into school and it's 99.6 and up here...so. damn. annoying.

I think if it is that close it is ok, but can't hurt to mention it to your pedi. I usually run around 97.8, and I am otherwise healthy.
