I got a set of knee-high's from CVS or Walgreens for about $10. They seem to work pretty well.

I had bought some compression knee highs during my first pregnancy. I think I found them at Motherhood Maternity. They did help. Sadly when I was going through my old maternity clothes, one of them seems to have walked away. Luckily I haven't started to swell yet, which gives me time to go out and get more.
I normally wear compression hose for a health condition. Typically I wear the thigh highs but when my ob saw them he said that I should wear compression hose but I had to switch to the panty hose as being pregnant I shouldn't have anything tight around my legs that might restrict circulation. So I wear the maternity compression stockings in panty hose (get the maternity the belly panel makes it pretty comfortable) . I get it from a local medical supply store but I have also considered ordering online. You can just do a search for maternity compression stockings. HTH!
God and I define my success. It is not what is commonly imagined. A.W.
I got some knee-high ones at Walmart for a long plane trip - seemed to work well. I think they run $15-20/ pair. You could also see if your insurance will cover them if your OB will write you a prescription....
