What are your favorite prenatal fitness DVD's?

I need to get my butt moving more! I'm looking at Suzanne Bowen's Long and Lean Prenatal Workout on Amazon. Seems to get good reviews. Any others I should consider? I love yoga and pilates. Any recommendations there?

  • I Love Love Love my 10 min Solutions Prenatal Pilates DVD.  It has a bunch of 10 min segments of pilates that you can do all in one or separate.  It's perfect for me to fit in some exercise while DS is napping!

I second that. This DVD is great. I would highly recommend.

  • I love Baby Bells: The Fit Pregnancy Workout by Lauren Brooks. It's a kettlebell workout with some body-weight exercises like side planks and pushups mixed in, about 30 minutes long including warmup and cool down, and has modified moves for people who don't want to or never have used kettlebells. It's challenging without feeling or seeming dangerous. I really enjoy it and feel like I've gotten a good workout when I finish.
