Abdomen tightness??

Hello all,

 I have been searching like crazy Confused to find others experiences, but figured I would ask you experts as well..  As I mentioned in my introductory post, I had my first IUI last week and all went well, no pain, cramping, etc.  But since probably last Friday I have had fairly constant abdominal pains, gas (sorry if TMI), and just an overall full feeling.  I have not taken anything through injections (we are saving that fun for a few months down the road), and again the only meds I have taken was Clomid.  But I have taken Clomid 4 out of the last 5 cycles and do not remember this feeling.  Could I really have pregnancy symptons on day 7 dpoIUI? 

Any advice is welcome!

    I had my first IUI last week as well.  I am also getting abdominal pains, and weird tightness in my stomach and leg cramps! I am 8dpoIUI! When do you think is a good time to test to see if pregnant?

    I'm not psychic and if you're looking for encouragement that you may be pregnant, then I can't help you. Maybe some of the girls of TTGP can encourage you there.

    I think most women going through IF have had every possible pregnancy symptom in the book at some point and they didn't get pregnant. Sure, you could be pregnant. 20% chance of that on a medicated IUI cycle.

    I've had a bunch of IUI's. None of which were BFP's. And I always felt bloaty and achy and stuff.

     

    That said, a friend of mine also had all those symptoms post IUI and she was pregnant. 

     

    So----- think positive, but don't be too shocked if you aren't pregnant---  Good luck! Just another week and you'll know.
