CPW - Which juice cleanse would you do?

Help me pick a cleanse. Without regard for cost or potential flavor, which of these two cleanses do you think would be most effective?

I didn't create a choice of SS or other options. I have a juicer, but it's not the same at home, because I have a standard juicer - these cleanses cold press the juice, so it's got more nutritional value. Plus, I don't have the time or the desire to go out and buy the many pounds of produce required, juice, deal with clean-up, etc.

Well, PRESSED makes me immediately see PRESEED, so maybe that's a sign? Wink

But I have heard good things about the other plan.

I am thinking of doing BPC this month, and Pressed next. I haven't tried BCP but I do pop in to one of the Pressed storefronts and their Green #3 and Almond Milk are so amazingly delicious. I could drink their almond milk all dang day, and I don't like almond milk normally.

I was hoping you would ask but didn't want to provide unsolicited information Smile . I liked it because it was easy, and the juices tasted good. I was worried it wouldn't be "enough", but it was almost hard to drink that much juice in 1 day. I did the 3 day. The cashew milk that comes with BluePrint is SO good. It tasted like a milkshake, and I was worried I'd have to choke it down. It was my first official cleanse, and if it were cheaper, I'd do it once a month.

Great information! Thank you for sharing it. I am going to try Blueprint, probably after this 2ww (assuming I'm not KU). I can pick it up in town so I don't have to pay for shipping, which makes it much much cheaper.

If the Cashew Milk is anything like Pressed's Almond Milk, I know I'll love it.

Cool! The shipping costs should help a lot. I have a juicer and might do my own cleanse in a few weeks, we shall see. Let me know how yours goes!

I picked up some Almond Milk and Green from Pressed the other day, and the cost of a 1 day if you picked it up there was only $42. It is more than double that to get it shipped. I've heard the same is true of BPC.

I will definitely update.
