  I had one with DS. Not fun at all hope you feel better. I believed I used monistat(sp?). My Dr. Recommended it so I knew I was safe. I would do anything to get rid of it lol. Good luck!

  Ditto what pp said, I have only ever had one, way before I was pregnant but it SUCKED ...if the doc says it's safe, take the medicine.  No need to prolong that kind of agony

  I had one with my first pregnancy. Ask your doctor which brand to use and DON'T use the 1 day treatment! Use the 3 or 7 day treatments. Much easier on your system.

  I got one during the beginning of my pregnancy and used Monistat. Try Monistat 7. Safe during pregnancy and supposedly does a better job at killing pregnancy yeast infections than Monistat 3.

  I found out I was pregnant with DS when I went to the doctor about a yeast infection.  He recommended waiting to see if it would go away on it's own, and it took about two weeks to eventually do so.

  i was diagnosed with my first one last week at my 12 week checkup. I'd never had one before and wasn't really feeling any symptoms, so was befuddled about it. Apparently a weakened immune system is a symptom of pregnancy, thus the first time yeast infection.

   She told me to pick up a pack of Monistat 7 and use it for 7 days. She was adamant that it HAD to be the 7 day package, as the shorter terms didn't work. She felt pretty strongly that it needed to be treated.  

  "Oh for sh!ts sake."- my 84 year old grandma.

  I had one very early on in this pregnancy around 5/6 weeks and my doctor told me to use Monistat 7.  I also had one during my first pregnancy and I also used Monistat 7 during that pregnancy.

  I had one right away after my BFP and I called the nurse line and they said use either the 3 or 7 day treatment, anything but the 1 day because it probably won't help it.  I used the 3 day Target UP and UP brand and it cleared up.

  Now I am just starting symptoms again for another one I have my check up tomorrow so I am just going to have her test me then instead of treating it now because I only had one other ever in my life before this pregnancy.
