Good morning! I hope everyone had a good day yesterday. I got my walk and water in, so I felt great about that. I did break down and have a beer with dinner, but only one. Today my goals are to eat healthy, drink a minimum of 64oz of water, avoid sugary snacks, avoid alcohol and limit caffeine. I am also going to work on getting organized for my upcoming vacation. Happy Wednesday to you too! I feel like it's been forever since I made any goals and I need to start getting back into this habit.
Today's goals are:
- Keep an open mind at my naturopath appointment
- Work on some homework
- Drink 4 glasses of water at work
- Do dishes
- Tidy kitchen
- Call my friend

I am not happy to be back to reality but I am happy to be back to committing to goals for the day. I probably should start easy though.
-Grocery shop so we can stop eating out.
-Make dinner
-Do at least 45 minutes of cardio
