Since we moved to our new house and I got my new w/d (and we have hard water to add to it) my CDs have been leaking. We went from regular water and a front load HE w/d to hard water and top loading HE w/d. I tried stripping them based on a thing I read online but apparently it didn't work. I washed them, then did a hot wash without soap and then rinsed three times. There were no bubbles. I don't understand what's going on. Help me fix it! Any suggestions welcome.

Ditto the pp. There can be many causes of leaks. I could be your water, it might not be.
Also, when you stripped your diapers, did you do a strip with RLR or did you use Blue Dawn?
