Do you keep track of LO's age in weeks?

Just wondering if I'm the only one who has no idea how many weeks old LO is. Of course, I could figure it out, but once she hit 3 months, I stopped counting weeks.

I've seen some posts on TB where people say their LO is "19 weeks old" (for example), and it occurred to me that I have no clue. She's 5 months. Am I a bad mom?!

I use a cell phone app called "baby esp" for feeding/sleeping tracking. It tracks LO's age in weeks, that the only reason that I know it.

Lilly was born on a wednesday and I have taken her picture every wednesday since the day she was born. i do it for my family to see her growth week by week because we do not live close enough for them to see her as often as they'd like. She'll be 28 weeks old tomorrow.But, if someone asks me how old she is, i say 6 1/2 months, not 28 weeks.

Nah, it's kind of like pregnancy to me...in the beginning, it's so new and SO much is happening each week that you count it in weeks...then all of a sudden you're just "seven months pregnant". I think it's the same thing with the kids. I do say "almost six months" now though...not that I'm trying to rush things but, y'know.

Not anymore. I will sort her pictures by week until six months, but I haven't thought of her age in terms of weeks since about 3 1/2 to 4 months.

This must mean I have a 28 weeker. I don't know how I just noticed our LOs have the same birthday!

I actually kept up with taking weekly photos of DD, so I always knew how many weeks she was. Poor DS's photos stopped around 14 weeks, so I have no clue how many weeks he is.

My ticker counts DD's age in weeks that is the only way I know. Otherwise I say months/weeks. Like on Saturday DD will be 5 months and one week.

I stopped at 12 weeks as well. Now I go by months.

I have her pictures organized by week until around 17 or 18 weeks. After that, they are by month. I haven't a clue how many weeks she is now unless I were to look it up too. ;-)

i've been counting months but a woman the other day told me her baby was 23 weeks and i felt a little dumb for not immediately knowing how many weeks my LO was (21.5, ftr). glad to hear others are in the same boat!
