Is Thanksgiving too soon? 14 dpo? I'm trying really hard not to poas right now...help me out girls.

    **Don't Test Early!!**
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.

    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(

    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    Maybe wait a couple days to watch your temp and then test. That way your odds are a bit better!! GL!!

    WIth all this POAS talk, I'm thinking I should buy some stock in a company that makes HPTs... their sales should go through the roof with all us POAS addicts.

    Well, I poas. I couldn't take it. BFN. but I figured that. My chart kinda sucks. So, I'll do it again on turkey day. I won't let myself to it again tomorrow. A lot of people seem to test early and get their BFP and now I know.

    just do it!! I caved and bought some at Target today. They are the Clear Blue that says you can test up to 4 days before your behind...

    I feel like I have tons of phantom symptoms! Nipple tenderness (like don't even LOOK at them), boobs sore, irritable one minute and extra sensitive the next, crampy on and off since O, gassy....blah. One second I'm convinced I'm PG...the next I would swear AF is coming...I hate this!!

    According to what I've read, if it still very early past ovulation (before 14 DPO), you will need to use FMU since your HCG will be more concentrated.  It's generally not a good idea to chug a drink in order to have to pee, it just dilutes the HCG your urine.  Not enough HCG=negative test.  Hopefully if you try in a few days in the morning, you'll get your BFP.  Good luck.
