I would try sunning. It worked for all of mine. I clipped some clothespins on the bottom to help stretch it out a bit while it dried to get more sun on the gusset.
Wash and then hang to dry in the sun. If that doesn't work, I've found that the Buncha Farmer's stain remover stick works wonders on EBF poop that somehow manages to make it on clothes (don't know how the availability of the product is as mine was given to me).
ugh. The thirstie's gussets were the hardest of my diapers to get the stains off of! I sprayed the soiled area with Bac Out, let it sit, rinsed, resprayed, then washed. Then I put lemon juice on the gusset and sat out in the sun. It dried quickly, so I just kept going outside and re-wetting it.. It probably took 2 days of sunning for me to get it off of my diaper. It was REALLY bad! lol.
