I am currently using Lil Joey's, BG NB and FB XS but LO is close to growing out of these and into our regular stash (all pocket diapers). Lately, she's been wetting through her diapers overnight so I am looking for an overnight solution to fix this. I read the FAQs but am still feeling a bit confused/overwhelmed at the options.
Do I go with inserts, doublers, or liners? Hemp, cotton, or something else?
What do you ladies recommend?

Re: Help needed for overnight solution
How often are you changing her at night? It sounds like she may have outgrown the absorbency of the smaller diapers already. DD peed through our preemie prefolds after being home for only 3 weeks (so she was 9 weeks old). You can try going up to the next insert size, or adding hemp or bamboo underneath the MF. Fitteds with a cover work GREAT for overnight too.
I personally love OBV (organic bamboo velour)- which is mostly found in fitteds, and hemp. Hemp absorbs A LOT, but is slow to soak up pee, so you woul dneed a MF insert to top it first, or wrap it inside a prefold. Orange Diaper Co has great fitteds with OBV, they run about $32 a piece. I use them with a fleece soaker or PUL cover. Sbish fitteds are great too. The sbish are Organic Bamboo.

I highly recommend either hemp or bamboo.
You can get inserts, and just double-stuff your pocket (2 inserts, it will be bulky but super absorbent) or get doublers (these are smaller than inserts, just stuff them in where you need extra absorbency (ie, right in front for boys.)
Liners don't go in the pocket, they go against baby's skin. We used fleece liners when my oldest was little, because he would wake up and cry every time he was wet. The fleece keeps them feeling dry.
