PSA headache/migraine relief

Good morning ladies!  This is a duplicate post that I posted on the October 2012 moms board, but I thought it was helpful enough to share on 1st tri and 2nd tri.

The link below is to amazon's listing, but you can find these in any drugstore or walmart.  They're called WellPatch Migraine cooling patches and they are a LIFESAVER for me.  They're like the thermacare heat patches for menstrual cramps, only they get ice cold- you can put the patch on your forehead or the back of your neck, and the best part is, they're DRUG FREE.

I know a lot of us get the hormone migraines & headaches, and Tylenol on it's own just doesn't work most of the time, but Tylenol + one of these really helps.

They're 4"x1" patches- you look dorky with them on your forehead but if you're at home, you probably don't care. They also smell like lavender/eucalyptus which is soothing.

Re: PSA headache/migraine relief

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this!  I have had the worst headaches and migraines the last few weeks and I feel like they are wrecking my mood.  I've tried Tylenol, but it doesn't even take the edge off.  I have an appointment on Friday, so I am going to talk to my OB about them then.  I think I will definitely be picking up some of these.  :)
