Trigger shot question

At 13dptrigger/11dpIUI, could HCG from the shot still be in your system?  Thanks!

  • Yes it technically could still be there.  Mine lasted twelve days.  Good luck at your beta!

  • For some people it does, for others it doesnt, thats why they do a beta after 14 days.  Mine was usually gone by day 9-10, but I know other girls who it never went negative before the beta.

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!
  • For most people, no. For some people, yes. A BFP at this point would be very encouraging!
