We do snack on the go via snack trap at least every other day (probably more) and I'm sick of the O's that I've been giving them. Multigrain, but still
Goldfish and other small crackers are an obvious option, but what else? I'd love to offer some healthy variety... But I shy away from, say, blueberries or etc because of the sticky mess. We sometimes do freeze dried fruit, but it gets expensive to do too often.
What is your go-to for an on-the-go snack that fits through the lid of a trap? (No, they can't be trusted with food sans trap yet!)
Re: What do you put in your LO's snack trap?
I do freeze dried apples, yogurt melts and goldfish besides cheerios or puffs.

Our goldfish alternative is Annie's organic cheese bunnies. I tell myself they're better than goldfish. I also recently found some "veggie chips" that are shaped like straws and aren't as salty as real chips-- the kiddos love those, but I try to limit them. I keep telling myself I'll try veggies (soft cooked carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.) but I haven't yet.
Also, not a snack trap item, but we do applesauce in the little squeeze packets in the car frequently. They're expensive to buy one by one, but Costco has a big box that makes them less expensive.
And they have those refillable Silli pouches.
