Peanut butter

Well it would appear i have a baby allergic to peanut butter. Blech. Not a serious reaction, but we do have a full body rash. Our pedi said not to try it for a while now. 

I guess this is just an fyi. I know a couple moms give their kids PB with no issues here. And I guess I'm the first to have a problem. So if you do try it, watch for signs! My LO looks so sad right now, covered in red spots.

    Aww!  My niece (turned 2 in November) just had PB and she had a reaction so we are going to wait for PB for LO.  At least you know!

    It wasn't brought up. My plan is to keep away from it and bring it up in July, at her 15 month well-baby check up.

    This is a great reminder for all new foods.  I've also heard that it can sometimes take 2-3 times before they even show a reaction.  It's so nerve-wracking giving new foods!

    So sorry Em is itchy!

    I feel so bad for her! After her teething weekend and now she's all spotty.
