Probably. I have a couple left over from DD1 that I may use if it seems really cold in LO's room or something. I have only 2 that aren't fleece (first DD was born in November).

I've received a couple of swaddle sacks/blankets that are made of soft, lightweight cotton. I figure that they will be great in the AC or on cool nights - I would be worried about baby overheating with fleece.
I think fleece ones may be too warm. And for the price you may want to have the regular sleep sacks in the next size up after the baby doesn't want to be swaddled anymore.
My hospital offers a free Halo swaddle sleep sack. We were allowed to choose between fleece and cotton. They recommend using fleece for the winter and cotton for the summer.
Re: Fleece Halo swaddle sleep sacks too warm for summer baby?
I would hold off on the sleep sacks DD never used hers until she was around 3 or 4 months old up until then she was swaddled.
