*Update* don't get a positive after a pregnyl injection?

Am I not capable of getting a BFP? I took a test on Saturday 7dp Pregnyl, to see the chemical positive from the 10,000 IU of HCG I injected last Saturday and nothing. Could it be out of my system already?

So, my DH and I talked about this yesterday, and he said "but I did see a faint line on that one in the garbage Saturday." I only wait a few minutes, since I am ancy and impatient; I must have missed that line on Saturday. So last night when I got home I took another one and yep, a very clear faint line, and again the same faintness this am. So at least my body does recognize the HCG. Now, should I stop testing until 14dpIUI (like my doc warned), or keep testing to watch the line disappear? I'm on progesterone this time so I won't get AF to tell me it's over...this is so scary!

    i think it's possible, everyone metabolizes the hcg differently so while I think it would typically take about 10 days, you just never know. It might show a bfn earlier depending on the type of HPT you used and the sensitivity.

    My trigger was always out of my system after 5 days. 
    Single Mother by Choice. Life didn't work out the way I planned so I did it on my own. IUI #s 1-3, unmedicated = BFN, IUI #s 4-6, 50mg Clomid, Ovidrel = BFN IVF #1: 23R, 20M, 17F. 5 day transfer 2 blasts. 2 Snowbabies BFP 6dp5dt, Beta #1 7dp5dt = 58, Beta #2 9dp5dt = 114, Beta #3 10dp5dt = 187 1st Ultrasound = 5/3, not much to see yet. 2nd Ultrasound = 5/17, TWINS!!!     How many IU was your trigger? They say the 5000 should be out in 5-7, but the 10,000 10-14 days. I always get the 10,000 and my RE says I need to wait 14 days...
