I'm working this week but friday is my last day for a while.
I'm very huge, uncomfortable, siatica (sp) pain like none other and my drive is pretty far to work.
I work for my dad... He asked if I could help out his week because the other girl is leaving thursday & friday. Then I'm free!
DS will still go to daycare, I had already made dates and such with provider as to when he's going to cut back/stop going.
I think I'd like to get my hair cut, nails done, massage, clean my house, finish laundry for DD... What else would you do?
Any good movies out?
Re: WWYD being pregnant & having 2 weeks off?
OH my goodness---those were the days!!!!! Sounds like you have some great plans made. Maybe even spend a day with just you and your LO--- I'll tell ya what--those times are so much MORE special now with having two. I loved our time alone before, but even more so now that it's few and far between--and he REALLY loves his special mommy time. Maybe a special lunch date or something and even to pick out something special for baby??
enjoy the time!!

Notes:
I think all of you listed sounds great, and I'd try to spend time with friends as the PP suggested. If the sciatica hurts worse when you move around, I'd consider napping or catching up on TV shows while lounging on the couch at home.
If you are feeling industrious, maybe prepare some meals that you can throw in the freezer and use after baby #2 arrives. Not the most fun thing to do now, but it could be a big help down the road.
Thanks! Weather depending (I'm sure we'll have to have at least one nice day in the next 2 weeks) I was planning on taking DS to the zoo.
I do want to have a few "me" days, but for sure have a couple mommy and me days before DD comes!

shut your mouth! Lol, just kidding... yeah, maybe I'll do something.. But I'm not too big on cooking/preparing so I'll have to really feel industrous!
I got a massage a little while ago and it was AMAZING. My hip didn't hurt for a week. So I'm debating on getting massage before or after wanting to go to the zoo and or cleaning my house.
Think clean, feel worse, then massage then long walks/zoo etc.
Lol, I also don't want to get too many big idea's because my hip has been hurting so bad, I will probably just end up on the sofa! just hoping a day or two will be good chill time, not my whole 2 weeks.
YES!!!!
