I'm hitting the point in my pregnancy where in the past I started developing pre-e and it has me freaked out and I am constantly over analyzing everything trying to connect it to pre-e. I just want to relax! Please tell me I'm not the only one stressing or worried about developing it again.
Re: Anybody else have a history of pre-e in previous pregnancies?
Me!
This was exactly the week I ended up in the hospital last time around....
About this time on my last pregnancy, is when my first hike of BP hit. This time, I've started about 3 weeks earlier. By the time I delivered DD, my BP was so high that the nurses didn't even believe that my numbers were real. They thought the machine was just malfunctioning. I believe that is also what made me go into labor at 36 weeks. So I'm betting that this time will be about the same, if not a few days earlier than before. With each visit my BP goes up and the swelling gets larger.
One thing that is different, is that I haven't had to do the 24hr urine test. On the last pregnancy, I had to do it 3 times.
DD1: 9 DD2: 6
Due date Aug 3, 2019
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I've had a few signs swelling lately, headaches are back(tight pressure in my head), feel like I have to pee even when I don't(like I'm never empty. I have a appointment tomorrow morning so I will be going over everything with teh doctor.
That's the problem my my girls my bp was fine start to elevate slightly but then bam over night it jumped up and protein would be pouring out. My doctor is watching me close but I also am high risk for PTL and been having other issues.
