sun oxygen cleaner?

I want to make my own cloth diaper detergent & was planning on this recipe:

equal parts borax, arm & hammer super washing soda and sun oxygen cleaner as I've seen recommended here & on pinterest.

But im having trouble finding sun oxygen cleaner.

My Walmart and local grocery store don't carry it not sure where to find it. 

Any recommendations ?

    It doesn't have to be sun oxygen cleaner.  It's the same as oxy clean, just a cheaper version.  I bought a HUGE tub of it at walmart for $5.97 versus the price of oxyclean.

    Our grocery store also sells a cheapie brand in their $1 section.  You can also try dollar stores.

    So any oxy will do? I wish i could find it in store

    I prepped all of my diapers using 1 cup of Borax and washing soda and 1/2 cup of the oxy clean.
