    It would say it took me 5-7 days to have a noticeable improvement.

    a lc told me if it didn't help within 24 to 72 hrs it wouldn't?

    I didn't notice for about 5 days, but I heard mother's milk was more effective and I have to agree though drinking that stuff all the time is annoying. I found some pills that had a combo of fenugreek and milk thistle and it was awesome, but too expensive so I just stuck to the tea. Good luck!
