What did/will you bring to hospital for baby?

I packed my hospital bag of lots of stuff for myself but only included a few "take home" outfits for Madison, but other then that I just figured the hospital would take care of everything. Do I need to bring diapers/wipes or perhaps a pacifer or anything else? Just curious what you brought for your little one.

Just clothes and a blanket to go home in. I don't know if it's because I knew the nurse or what, but our bassinet was empty of diapers at discharge so she went and got me an unopened pack of size 1s, plus they sent us home with multiple tubes of vaseline and gauze for his circ. They have it covered! My mom did end up bringing us a gown from home since he was a little rashy and they thought he might be reacting to the bleach they wash the shirts in, so maybe one sleeper or something wouldn't hurt.

I only brought a coming home outfit; the hospital provided everything else.

I just brought an outfit for pictures that the hospital takes and a sleeper, hat, blanket, and carseat for going home.

They told us just to bring the car seat and coming home outfit and they provide everything else. We did need a blanket too since it was pretty cold out. Our hospital wouldn't give her a paci, they were pretty against them, so you may want to bring one if you want it.

I packed a whole bag for DD and ended up only using her take home outfit and blankets for taking her home as well. We used everything else from the hospital such as diapers, wipes, swaddle blankets, pacifiers, etc.

We brought a coming home outfit in different sizes because we weren't sure how big the baby would be. We brought a newborn outfit and a 0-3 outfit, and ended up needing the newborn.

We also brought the car seat and a blanket to put over him. That's it. The hospital provided everything else.

We just brought a coming home outfit and that's all we needed. I did get some gifts from visitors while we were there - so nice to have a couple of blankets that they got me cause they were incredibly soft!

A must for us this time is nail clippers and mittens. DD came out with such long nails and scratched up her face a ton until we got mittens. We had asked the hospital for clippers and they didn't have them
