Double post??? Is Maalox safe for cloth diapers

I thought i posted this a few days ago, but I cannot find the post.  Sorry if it is a duplicate.  Do you know if Maalox is safe for cloth diapers?

    Taken as directed or as a butt cream? As a diaper rash cure I think I would definitely not want all that aluminum and magnesium and all the nasty parabens building up in my diapers. Even in sposies, I read that excessive amounts of magnesium and aluminum can be absorbed through broken skin so I'd probably avoid it all together.  But that's just MHO.
