Hypno birthing DVD

We don't have hypno birthing classes where I live so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with or can recommend a DVD I can purchase to familiarize myself with this technique?

I think I would have an easier time watching a DVD then reading a book as I'm more of a visual person.

    I was waiting to see if anyone else had any ideas but I guess not! I honestly don't think there are any DVDs teaching Hypnobirthing, there's a video you watch in class of actual births which you can YouTube hypnobirths and find some there, essentially the idea is to relax, the book is very helpful but you can also just google it and find almost all the resources you need.

    There are DVDs that teach the method. I have not yet watched any of them though.

    I am a HypnoBirthing practitioner. there are no DVD's that teach HypnoBirthing.

    PP, perhaps you are thinking of Hypnobabies, which is a similar concept but has a robust homestudy course. 

    OP, i don't recommend that moms try to teach themselves HypnoBirthing. there is really much more to the program than what you can read in the book. Check out Hypnobabies instead. you can get a used copy of the homestudy materials for around $100. it's worth it!
