I did see the article and it made sense to me. While perfect in my eyes, my LO was born with a minor birth defect. He was born with an undecended testicle. When the surgeon operated to correct it, she found that it was not sufficiently formed and had to remove it. This does not change my opinion of the benefit of doing IVF, but it is part of our reality.

i hadn't seen that article, but look at the ladies here- lots of children conceived through IVF and no birth defects like they describe.
IVF gave me my boys and i would do it all over again to get what i have, no matter what any dumb article says!
