Pimples still really bad?

Anyone else have really bad pimples still? I thought these tended to go away once 2nd tri came along, but I am covered in them and feel so gross.

Just when I thought they started to clear up, my face got terrible again. Ugh. I feel gross and disgusting.

Mine are horrible! I have never had a problem with acne until I got pregnant - it's a nightmare. Just when one huge one clears up, another giant one starts to develop. Ugh!

Mine seem to be getting worse. I hope it clears up soon.... I hope I also get an official bump instead of looking frumpy.

I totally feel for you, breakouts suck! I was worried my face was gonna turn into a hot mess once I got pregnant, since it was always breaking out around my period before. However now that I'm preg my skin is like a g-damn desert! Anyone else the opposite like this. My skin has never been dry.

Mine hasn't cleared up at all, either. This is the worst skin I've ever had in my life - I feel so fat and ugly !

I was just going to post something about this. My skin was looking great until last week, when BOOM- my chest broke out! It's so gross. My face is still ok.

Does anyone know of good remedies? Probably not, since we're all complaining about it! Lol...

uhg you are NOT the only one! My face has gotten better, then BOOM they appear on my shoulders and chest...WHAT THE HECK!??! this is worse than highschool and im sick of wearing turtle neck shirts Super Angry

My skin was beautiful when I was pregnant with my daughter (10 years ago), but this pregnancy is killing me. And I'm craving dairy products (like milk) which is one of my acne triggers like it going out of style... and there aren't any dairy alternatives like soy that are fitting the bill. I feel like every time I have anything dairy related another pimple grows... UGH
