My baby is now 8 months old and still have loose skin over my abs. I know there is some fat over it because I still have 5 lbs to drop to get to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm wondering if I still have time for this skin to shrink or if this is it. Also if anyone has any tricks to help get back to the way before. I do about 100 crunches and leg lifts a few times awake along with a regular cardio and weight lifting routine.
I still have loose skin and DD is 13 months and i'm an exercise-aholic. But I had major pelvic pain up until just a couple months ago, so I didn't do much ab work because it would kill my pelvis. So , starting next week I'm gonna get back into ab work. I think there may always be some loose skin.
