GMD green edge prefolds? And NB cover question

I bought a whole bunch of used prefolds before DS was born (and then never CD because of our NICU stay and successive hospital stays until he was 10 months old).

I have 2 dozen green edged GMD prefolds, they're the older style before they switched the the workhorse ones.

Any idea what size these are?  They're either newborn or infant, they're pretty small.

 What do you do if you have a bigger baby for the umbilical cord?  DS was 8lb 14oz and a week early.  This baby is already measuring the 70th percentile.  I'm hoping to CD in the hospital this time but I only bought infant covers (Bummi's super whisper wrap, flip covers, BG AIO'S (small), Small Thirstie's AIO's and 2 covers off of babysteals) none have cutouts for an umbilical cord.  I know with the sposies you just fold the edge over, but that's hard to do with the hook and loop right there.

    My LO came home at 7lb6oz and we started cloth right when we got home from the hospital. Our Bummis and Thirsties Duo covers came up over his umbilical cord stump but it didn't do any harm. I was a little worried about it and kept checking on it obsessively the first day, but it was totally fine. His stump fell off on day 7.
