I always thought the "y" trend was an ill attempt to make boy names seem more feminine for a girl names... but lately I've been seeing boy names with unnecessary "y"s!! I'm so confused.
Yep, Y's are special because they can be a consonant or a vowel... but some morons seem to think that makes Y a magical letter that can replace anything!
I'd probably have to think twice before I let my kid go play at a Bensyn or Kamryn's house, because I'd imagine his parents are pretty ditzy or trashy....

The y trend is nauseating. It's taking "unique" to a level it never needed to go. I wonder if these kids will get frustrated as they grow up with misspelled names.
