I have several Thirsties covers, size 2. There is one that hates me at 3 am. The rise snaps suck! DS fits the smallest rise, but when I go to put it over the front to velco it, the snaps give!
Almost ALL of my Thirsties Duo covers are like that! My Blueberry Coveralls don't have that problem, so I just assumed it was all Thirsties. Maybe not. I also hate that the velcro is SO worn. It just hasn't held up well at all, especially compared to BB.

I have one Thirsties snap cover, and will never buy another one for that same reason! I even had it replaced by the company, thinking it was defective, and the new one had the same issue. I think they just use crappy snaps. I never have issues with the rise snaps on my Flips, Econobums or any of my pockets or AIOs.
I just ordered 4 Thirsties XS velcro covers for NB diapering (started @ 6mos with DD) and I'm hoping the quality is better. I figure it's hard to screw up velcro, right?
I bought 4 for DS, and only the Storm colored one unsnaps, and only on one side when I tried putting in on him. Every single time it would unsnap!
I didn't even think to try to get a new one from the company then. Now its more than likely too late for me to try. I did buy a set of snap pliers so I will probably just try to replace the snap.
Re: Angry at Thirsties cover....
agreed! I love my cow print bluberry cover!
I had that issue with 2 covers. They replaced them for me without a question.
Contact them and have them replaced. They will send you new covers, you send yours back. They will fix them and donate them.
