Success after IF

what salad would you make?

NSAIF obviously.  I need a basic salad for DS's party.  I don't think the salads I like would be the most crowd pleasing because I like blue or goat cheese, different vinaigrettes, etc.  I think a more basic salad that appeals to more people would be better, so what would be good?

Re: what salad would you make?

  • What else is on the menu?  Our go to crowd pleasing salad is marinated mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes, sometimes with saut?ed red onions tossed in as well.   It's sort if a caprese-style salad.

    Because we're fancy like that.

  • We make a lot of caprese salads too, but we are serving Greek salad at V's party - mixed greens, olives, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta with a few basic dressings on the side (one of which will be Greek).
