Hi- going back to work next week..

and wondering how many times people pump at work? I know we are supposed to pump every time baby would feed but not sure that is realistic.. Also, how many pump bottles and shields do you bring and how do you store the milk in the fridge (in separate bottles or combine milk in bottles, bags, etc)? Thanks for any tips and words of wisdom!!
Re: Pumping and supplies at work?
I work 7-4 and pump three times at 9, 12, and 3 (about when she eats at daycare). I pump just enough to supply her with milk for the next day.
I bring one set of parts and have a backup set of parts at the office in case I forget them at home. I put the flanges in a ziplock and keep them in the fridge between sessions and don't wash them until I get home. The milk I pump gets stored in bottles in the insulated bag that came with my pump and I freeze the icepack each day at work.
Good luck!
