Prepping ? HE front loader washer

So I want to prep my prefolds, fitteds, and covers today. I have an HE front loading washer. I don't have the booklet for the washer bc we are renting the house & landlord couldn't find it.

The washer is a Kenmore and has the following settings: eco wash, heavy wash, regular wash, short wash, delicate wash. I can adjust the water to warm/warm, warm/cold, cold/cold, hot/cold. Also I can add an extra rinse but I don't know when it does the extra rinse. I can chose regular or fast final spin.

Any suggestions on what settings to use? I have 24 prefolds & 6 fitteds; can I do them all at once or separate them?

    I would do a Heavy Wash so that you get more water in there on Hot/Cold with a extra rinse. I would also do that wash about 3-4 times.

    DON'T prep your prefolds with your pockets.  The prefolds will Leach oil onto your pockets rendering them useless and speaking from experience it is very difficult to get the cotton oils out of pockets.  I had to strip about 4 times and scrub with a toothbrush.  What a mess.
