Between 7:30 and 8. He sleeps about 12 hours at night (with wake ups), so this works well for us. I might actually have to back it up a bit when I go back to work in a few weeks, as I'll be leaving around 7 and I want to nurse him before I go.
My dd will be 11 months on the 28 and lately she has been refusing to go down for her second nap. Since she has started taking one nap a day she has been going to bed around 6:30.
J is 9 months but has been going to bed around 7pm for a couple months now. There are nights when we push it back a bit but when we are home he usually starts the eye rubbing and minor fussiness around 6:45 so we start getting him ready for bed. We aren't very rigid about it so if he isn't showing signs of tiredness yet, we just let him keep going. What we did discover though is that no matter what time he goes to bed at night, he wakes up at the same time every morning (6-6:30am)

He goes to bed at 6:30-7. We have tried to push it back and it always ends in disaster. He still wakes up as early and also waked up a bunch at night (more than if we were to put him to bed early).

She was going to bed between 6:45 and 7 for the longest time. When the time changed in the spring, she never readjusted, and so now bedtime is 8ish, which I prefer. It doesn't cause her to sleep any later in the a.m., though. She's still up around 6, give or take 30 minutes.
We start getting ready for bed around 6:45 on weeknights, asleep by 7:15-7:30. We have to wake her up at 5:15 in the morning because we leave for work so darn early. On the weekends she might go to bed a bit later, depending on naps during the day.
We just pushed it back from 7:30-8:00. He goes down a little easier now because hes more tired and sleeps till 7:00 or 7:30 instead of 6:00 or 6:30. I'm liking the extra 30mins to an hour of sleep i get!
DS is going to be one next week and goes to bed between 6:30 and 7. He sleeps until about 7 or 7:30, unless his big brother wakes him up earlier. Today he fell asleep for his nap about 10:45, which is close to two hours earlier than normal, so he'll probably be going to bed at 6 tonight, lol.
Proud mom to Jeremy (10/24/08) and Gabriel (4/25/11)
DD usualy goes to sleep after her bath. I bath her at 745PM and until I finish dressing her it's 820PM. She nurses a little and is asleep by 8:30.
However, lately she's been refusing to go to sleep and she doesn't go to sleep until 11:30PM. I don't know what is going on....hope it ends soon though.

Lydia goes to bed between 8:45 and 9:15pm. She sleeps until 6:30 or 7am. She has one 2 hour nap in the afternoon. We CANNOT get her to sleep any more than that. I guess she doesn't like to sleep....
Between 6:30 and 7pm. I wake him up at 6:30am to leave for work and take him to daycare so this way he gets close to 12 hrs of sleep. He set his own bedtime a long time ago so we just kind of go with it.

Mine is 9 months and since he was 2 months he's gone to bed at 5pm and sleeps 12-13 hours. Works for me since I'm an early riser as well. Any later and it's harder to get him settled because he's overly tired.
My little one goes to bed around 9:30. We have tried to lay him down earlier but it doesn't work. He is my night owl I think whatever fits best for you and your baby is what you should do. Does she wake up early in the morning since she goes to bed at 7:30?
