The seat was manufactured in August 2008 and expires August 2014. Never been in a wreck and was used for 2 kids for about a year each.
I am putting Nicholas and Ava's infant seat on Craigslist and I don't want to seem like a Greedy Gretchen, but also don't want to be too cheap about it.
I looked on BabiesRUs and it looks like the seat currently goes for $180. So what would you charge or be willing to pay if you were looking for that infant seat.
Re: How much would you sell a Chicco Keyfit 30 w/2 bases for?
I am always scared about used car seats. But the general rule is to list at half the price paid if in really good condition. You can take money off for wear and tear that may prevent it from selling at the cost.
Also, if you are listing on Craig's list - look at similar listings so you have a chance of getting it sold.
Craig's list buyers are notorious for trying to haggle the price too (at least the ones I've dealt with). So if you do get calls on it, don't be surprised if someone offers less than the listed price.
