Walmart Maxi Dresses FYI-

Hi Ladies,

Just an FYI for a great deal-  Walmart just got in a whole bunch of super cute maxi dresses.  These are not "maternity" dresses but many have an empire waist design which makes them work just like a maternity dress.  Now I don't ususally have much luck with Walmart clothes, but these are actually some pretty cute dresses.  And they are only $16... so, if you have a shower coming up and need a dress, check them out.  I had my shower this past Saturday and I didn't have anything cute to wear and now I'm sad I didn't check Walmart... oh well, I got one anyway just because it was cute and comfy, i'm sure i'll find somewhere to wear it :)

All the dresses I tried on at Target and Old Navy made me look like a giant whale, but for some reason, the Walmart Maxi looked good on me- hopefully this PSA will help some other gals that are feeling whale-ish these days :)

    I bought 2! One for my shower. Such a relief to not have to buy maternity dresses (as they cost 5x as much)

    I know!  I'm tempted to go back and buy more but I only have one more shower and it's super casual, so I just can't justify it to DH-  maybe I can manage to hide one in my closet and just pretend I've had it all along :)  I mean it is only $16 after all!

    You are so right!  I bought three shorter cotton dresses with an empire waist and they are soooo comfortable.  They aren't maternity and I've gotten many compliments since wearing them.  Plus, they were only $9!

    I wore one to my shower, not from walmart but from Roses believe it or not. I am going to check out the ones at walmart. I will wear it to work with a tank top underneath and s shrug on top. They are so cute!
