my LO's baptism/bday party is this weekend!

i cannot believe a whole year has almost passed. last year this time i was packing up for the out of state adoption and full of so many emotions. we are so blessed to have my precious LO in our lives. i'm sure i'll be emotional on that day. i already bought waterproof mascara.

we are doing a simple, small, yet elegant event. the reception will be at a steakhouse in a smaller reception room. there will be cake, balloons, grandmas homemade sweets, and beautiful cross party favors for the guests...not to mention great food. i can't wait to see my LO in his beautiful baptismal white suit.

i hope all goes well that day. i look forward to celebrating with my wonderful family who's been so supportive,loving, and helpful ....especially the grandparents.

Have SO much fun! What a special weekend it will be!!! Enjoy it!

and I will be very anxious to see some photos... we are doing a joint 2nd birthday for Anna/baptism for Harrison party in late May, and so I'm always looking for ideas of how to celebrate both at once!
