When did you stop bleeding down there?

Hi ladies,

My first dd was a csection and this dd was a vbac. She is 8 days old. I know it is normal to bleed for awhile just wondering how long? I am sooo tired of having to wear a pad.

I'm 3 weeks PP, and still bleeding. It's definitely gotten lighter (somedays it's heavier), though.

I'm 3.5 weeks pp and I'd say I'm barely bleeding. I still need a panty liner, but it's sooo much lighter than it was at first. So much. 6 weeks is normal, though, so yes -- stock up!

Yep. And it has gotten heavier again the last 2 days since DH went back to work and I'm alone with both kids.

I needed a pad for about 2.5-3 weeks and a pantyliner for a week after that. I was totally done by 4 weeks pp.

THIS! ... though I was out of the hospital 30 hrs after delivery & was wearing Always Infinity over nights for two days then regular for 2 weeks and I've had liners since

I guess I got pretty lucky. Probably mid 2 weeks PP I stopped bleeding.

I was about 3 weeks PP and stopped completely. I had a med free vaginal birth and took herbs while pregnant to help stop bleeding. I hardly bled from birth...it was awesome!
