What makes a diaper cream cloth diaper safe, or not? Are there certain ingredients that cause repelling specifically, and what are they? Thanks for the help!

    Any kind of petroleum is the major culprit. 

    Zinc oxide is safe, but most are mixed with a petroleum base - look for ones with coconut oil or olive oil.
