S/o to 2 and 4 year old sharing a room.

We are thinking about making a playroom out of our older sons room since it is bigger and has lots of storage and having the boys share a room.  We thought we would wait until the little guy turned 3, so they would be 5.5 and 3. Would you do this, or would you only bunk them together if there was a need to do so.

    We have a four bedroom house and a playroom and my boys share a room. Eventually we'll separate them, but for now I love it. They sleep great and love it, too. My only regret is that we didn't put them together sooner. I think they were 3 and 4 when they started sharing.

    Would you separate them when they got bigger? It's just my opinion...but I think kids should have their own space - especially as they get older (if you have the means/space, of course.). A space where they can go and close the door and do their own thing. I would put them together and make the playroom if you were going to put them in their own rooms later on. Again, just my opinion.
