Mirena users after childbirth?

So I had Mirena IUD before I got pregant and never had any issues. I spotted a couple days after insertion, had two really light periods the next two months, then they stopped completely which is great! I got Mirena again 8 weeks PP, and have been bleeding ever since, going on 4 weeks now! Ugh! anyone else having issues. I'm tired of wearing tampons and would like to have sex with my husband again without bleeding!
