WWYD-question about LO

We have those foam bumpers around our glass entertainment center. I think we got them at Walmart. Anyway, we've caught LO chewing on it a few times but it's pretty stuff material so we always made him quit(of course). Well on Monday I noticed a pretty good size of it was gone. We took them off but now I'm worried that LO ate it and it will cause a blockage or something.  He's eating fine and having his usually amount of dirty diapers. I mean for all I know he tore it off and the dog ate it. Soooo what would you? Just watch LO for a couple days?

    They actually don't have an after hours line. I will call first thing in the morning. When I seen it I thought for sure it would have been to big of a piece of LO to swallow but for some reason this evening it's been on my mind.

    Same here. 

    He is pooping fine but he's been so fussy today and I don't have a fussy baby at all. I've been trying to check his upper gums but he won't let me look in his mouth. They do feel swollen though.
