Are you shorter or taller than DH?

A friend and I were talking and somehow this topic came up. I am on the taller side and she was surprised that in my history I had only dated guys that were taller than me. I had neer really thought about it and it wasn't a conscious factor in my dating, but apparently I have always chosen taller men even though it significantly decreased the pool of "contenders".

DH is probably about three inches taller than I am.

Shorter- I am 5'7", DH is 6'0".

I know its shallow, but I always had issues dating men shorter than me.

I am 5'5", which is tall for women in our region. DH is 6'. He is tall for San Antonio. Many men around here are 5'7"-5'10"ish.

I'm only 5'1 so it'd be tough to date someone shorter than me LOL. That said DH is almost 5'11 so at least our kids have a fighting chance at a few extra inches hahaha

Shorter. I'm 4'11.5 so most 10 yr olds are taller than me! DH is 6 ft!

I'm 5'6" and DH is 5'9". I rarely wear high heels, but when I do I feel weird because it somehow seems wrong to be almost as tall as DH.

I don't recall ever dating anyone shorter than me, but 5'6" is pretty short for a man.

I'm 5'3" so even the 'short guy' I dated was still taller than me. DH is 6'2".

I am 5'4 and DH is 6'4 .. I have dated guys all over the board though. Before DH I was seeing a guy who was 5'5. I can't imagine a guy actually being shorter than me though.

I'm way shorter. I'm 5' 1/2" and he's 6'1". I've never dated a guy who was shorter than me, but given how short I am that isn't hard to do!

Wow, am I the lone tall chick on this board? I'm 5'10"ish, DH is 5'9"ish. The long-term boyfriend I had before DH was a little shorter than me, too. It's never stopped me from loving some killer heels though!

I Heart The 80s:

I am 5'8" and DH is about 5'10". With certain shoes I am taller than he is. The weird thing is that I have only dated people this height. I am not sure why.

I also once realized that almost every serious boyfriend I had in the past was left handed. Odd.

dh is taller. I'm 5'6" and he's 6'3". I never really thought about height when dating, but looking back I think all the guys I dated were taller.

Nope. I'm 5'8", DH is the same, maybe a hair shorter than me. If I wear any sort of heel, I'm way taller than him. It used to make me self conscious when I was dating him, but he loves it. He always says, "Wear the heels. I know every guy in the room will be looking at me wondering what I have going on below the belt to get a girl like you."

We are almost the same - I'm 5'5 1/2, DH is 5'6"....so if I wear any kind of heel, I am taller than him. But it doesn't bother either one of us; I've never been one to care about height.

I did date a guy who was only 5'3" when I was in college. That was interesting. Couldn't wear heels during that relationship!

I'm shorter. I'm about 5'5" and DH is about 5'9". When I wear heels that make me almost the same height as him he gets so irritated, he likes to feel tall (he always thinks he's shorter than everyone else) so when he's not much taller than me he feels shorter.

I'm 6'1" and DH is 6'6". SIL is my height and so is her DH. She hates that she can't wear heels without towering over him.

I'm 5'4", so I'm not sure there are actual adult men shorter than me to date.

DH isn't tall though, only about 5'9"
